LOOKCLEAR® collaborates with companies, consulting firms and professional business which offer support in the various activities, including but not limited to, corporate digital infrastructure management and maintenance, for consulting and assistance activities and to guarantee a better service for the user. The third parties who collaborate with LOOKCLEAR® are designated “Processing managers” pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR and have been assigned specific tasks and instructions for the respect of the rights of the user in performing their functions.

In any case, the interested party can revoke any consent granted for the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending sales and advertising communications, as well as complaining to the competent monitoring authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data) in accordance with Art. 77 of the Regulation, should he or she feel that the processing of his or her data is in violation of the prevailing standard.
